To Sequel Or Not to Sequel

So, you've made your first information product and it was done wonderfully.
The sales have been coming in steady and you're living in the place of your dreams and driving that car you 'sooooo' wanted.
Now begin the thoughts of whether or not to do a follow up to the wonderful product that you put out.
The first thing I would consider is if You've left any information out that You can cover in a subsequent installment.
This will be easy to tell because if You have You'll find Yourself saying 'oh but I didn't mention!' or 'wow, now since I know about (insert topic here) I could have included it in the product!' If that is in fact the case the next thing You should consider is if You've left out enough information to make a new product or if You could just mail Your current customers a free video series or e-book that would include the information.
The next thing to consider is the feedback You've been receiving.
If Your customers have been saying that they'd love to see a second installment then You should most definitely consider putting one together.
Firstly You already have a customer base but more importantly You'll be doing right by the people who have been a part of the Wonderful new life that You live.
After deciding to go through with it the next thing to consider is the delivery method for the product.
Was the way in which customers were gaining access to Your product effective and most importantly efficient? If yes then You're set for the delivery method, if no then it's time to look at what was right and what was wrong with Your current method and improve it.
In some cases an entirely new delivery method will have to be considered but even then it is simply a matter of writing down what Your key goals are for the delivery method and fulfilling them.
Last but not least consider the packaging of Your product.
In some instances the packaging of the first product was obscure and needed touching up.
For the second look more closely at what worked and what didn't.
If possible ask Your current customers what they would change about how the product was presented if they had the option.
Here's Me saying Well Done on the Success of Your first product & As always Wishing You The Very Best in The World!
