Mohave Community College offers associate degrees and certificates of completion (including GED). Programs include Allied Health, Business, Casino Games Dealing, Culinary Arts, Computer Information Systems, Education, Industrial Technology, Liberal Arts and Sciences, and Public Safety and Legal Studies. A variety of comprehensive financial aid programs and scholarships are also obtainable. Academic advising, library services and bookstore are available student resources, and online and hybrid classes are offered under the umbrella "Distance Education."

The Bullhead City branch of Northern Arizona University (NAU) is located on the campus of Mohave Community College. Certificates, endorsements, bachelor's and master's degrees are conferred at Northern Arizona University's Bullhead City location. Most of the courses focus on scholastics in the field of education, with a master's programs in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Secondary Education. NAU is not as expensive as many other universities, and allows students to spread out payments over the length of the term. Tuition assistance is available, as are one-on-one counselors to guide students through the education process. Flexibility is offered with, online, hybrid, night and weekend courses.

Arizona Cooperative Extension College of Agriculture and Life Sciences offers one non-credit program on the Mohave Community College campus. It is titled Urban Home Horticulture Class, and is a prerequisite to becoming a Mohave County Master Gardener. Students learn about local plants, botany, horticulture, soil, pests, landscaping, and growing vegetables, herbs and fruit trees.
