3 Simple Ways to Improve Your Body Language That Women Will Notice

The body language is topic discussed a lot today and there is a reason why. Every person goes through different states during the day, week, month and so on. Each of those states gives signals, clues that can be observed through the body language of a person. Some clues are visible to almost everyone, other only to few people that are trained to do so and...women.

Yes, women are highly adept in getting your current state through your body language. It's in their genes and they practice it from very young age. They got the talent and the experience. Most men don't. Good thing you can learn to use it. Women will notice your "clues".

Body language works both ways. If you are feeling nervous, your body will naturally want to shrink. If you however catch that and force yourself to stand straight, put your head up, put the hands out of your pockets i.e. stand victoriously - you will feel a lot calmer than before. You can also try it with forcing a smile in front of the mirror. Suddenly you'll crack up a laugh.

This being said, here are 3 tips you can use right now to fix your body language so that you appear more attractive to women:
  1. Stand calm and confident. Easier said than done of course. Imagine yourself in a situation when you know exactly what you're doing. Notice how you breathe, how your posture is, your shoulders and your head. Try doing that now. The general rule here is to sit, stand like you're relax, not in a hurry, leaned back. This gives a clue that you're relaxed with the situation. In control.
  2. Smooth movements. Nervous people tend to move fast and jerky. Confident and relaxed people move smooth and directed (note, not slow, but smooth. A lot of gurus advise to move slower, I have another perspective on that). They don't have unnecessary movements. Imagine yourself just returning from long trip, exhausting training and are going to rest for a while. You make yourself a tea/coffee or similar beverage. Then you go for the cup while watching tv or reading something. The movement is very smooth, directed and with purpose. It's because you know what exactly you are going to do and how to do it. You emit purpose and confidence. You can train that in various situations during the day.
  3. Open your body (and mind). Crossing arms and legs is defensive sign. People typically show insecurity when doing so, means they find something threatening or thinking something negatively. This is not attractive. You can do the same as with previous tips - imagine you're with your best friend discussing favorite topic of yours. Your hands are relaxed and in comfortable position. Even better - you use your hands while you speak to deliver emphasis on different words and meanings.

Keep in mind every person have his own style in his body language. Try watching yourself - when feeling in low state and how is your body language. Then try to improve it so it can improve your state (both-ways). You will create your own style of attractive body language and people around you will notice this.

Try doing those tips right now in front of your PC and then implement it in your daily rounds. Typically it's the one thing you can improve easily and have significant increase in the confidence and attraction you create. You'll stand out by a lot of the guys out there.
