• 1). Check the temperature control if the refrigerator does not seem to be working. Adjust the control to a colder setting if it is on "Off" or "0."
  
  
• 2). Inspect the door seam if the refrigerator runs too frequently. Make sure nothing is keeping the door from shutting completely, such as a package or container.
  
  
• 3). Completely cover all foods in the refrigerator to eliminate odor problems. Foods that produce odors should be wrapped or covered. Clean up any spills inside the cabinet.
  
  
• 4). Open the refrigerator door less frequently to prevent excessive moisture from building up in the crisper drawer.
  
  
• 5). Adjust freezer control to a colder setting if foods are not freezing properly. Foods with a high sugar content may not freeze completely.
