How to Turn Off Balloons in Track Changes in Word
- 1). Open Microsoft Office Word. Open the document for editing.
- 2). Click on the Review tab on the ribbon. Click on the Balloons option to choose Show Revisions in Balloons, Show All Revisions Inline, or Show Only Comments and Formatting in Balloons.
- 3). Choose Show All Revisions Inline to turn off the right margin on the document where Track Changes revisions are shown.
