Blongo Ball Rules
- Blongo is an outdoor game that involves standing goals with bars across the goals. Typically made out of PVC material, these goals are lightweight and able to be moved easily around the yard. The balls used for the game are tennis ball sized. Two balls are connected to each other with a string or cord. The goal of the game is to wrap the balls around as many bars on the goals as possible.
- The goals for Blongo Ball should technically be 25 feet apart. You can, however, place them closer or further apart, depending on the age of the players or any other special circumstances.
- Hold one ball in your hand, allowing the other to swing below your hand. Slowly swing your arm back and forth. Let go of the ball as your bring your arm up, allowing it to fly toward the goal. It will swing while rotating backwards.
- You get one point for each ball that hangs on a bar on the Blongo goal. You are able to knock the other team's balls off the bars. The winner is the team that reaches 21 points first.
