    • 1). Prepare the vegetables. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into 1 inch pieces. Cut the green beans into bite size pieces. Slice the onion.

    • 2). Prepare the meat if you are making the meat version. Wash the chicken breasts and cut them into bite size chunks.

    • 3). Combine everything in the slow cooker. Add the vegetables first, then the meat, then the spices. Cover and cook in low for 5 to 6 hours. Test to make sure the meat is done and the vegetables are tender.

    • 4). The recipe makes 4 generous servings. When done, spoon into a bowl and enjoy. If you are on Weight Watchers the recipe is 3 points per serving for meatless and 6 points per serving with chicken.
