5 Tips to Strong Lean legs
There are a lot of lower body exercises that you can do that can psoitively affect your legs, in the end you will have to choose the few that you enjoy, that will give you th best results and that you can keep doing. So, here are the tips to having great legs:
- Start by doing lunges, 3 sets of 10. You will be engaging your biggest leg muscles, as you tone your legs and burn calories.This one should be part of your lower body workout, no exceptions.

- Walking is also quite good for your legs. You get the blood flowing and you burn calories. Walking uphill or on an incline is even better for you! Just keep good posture when you do them.
- Dancing is also pretty awesome. It is really fun to do, and it makes the legs flexible and stunning. It's a great toning exercise and it shapes them really nicely.
- Cycling is another great exercise to tone your legs and make them slimmer. Your thighs will also get leaner, not to mention the toning of the calves.
Of course, with any good exercise should also come good and healthy nutrition. It is essentially pointelss to devote a lot of effort and time and exercise if your nutrition does not support what you are trying to do, so healthy eating is of the essence.
