Old exercise like running or sprinting is a terrific activity to lose weight.

In order for running to be successful, what are the steps we should do? For Starters, Choose The Distance For beginners, try sprinting with the distance 50-100 meters.
If possible find 400-meter track, and week-by-week increase the workload of the exercise to achieve good results.
7-10 sprinting repetition in the 50-100 meter track would be appropriate.
The Timeline For starters, sprinting should be done twice a week; should at least have an interval of 2-3 days for muscle recovery.
Some people have an interval of one day due to their physical attributes, other individuals only requires a little time for muscle recovery.
There is no specific rule regarding the timeline to sprinting or running, just make sure that you don't overstress our body and you should avoid certain injuries.
The Mechanics There are several suggested mechanics to be followed while sprinting.
These mechanics should be followed correctly to distribute the results.
While sprinting, the arms should be simultaneously in swinging motion.
Arm swinging promotes flexion in the arm muscles.
Sprinting or running is a complete exercise.
Lean the body slightly forward is another mechanic in sprinting.
This is to promote the balance while sprinting.
Run at the balls of the feet not the toes, this is one of the most misunderstood mechanics in sprinting.
When it comes to exercise there is no perfect fitness program to anyone.
Doesn't matter if the program is old or advance, as long the individual is comfortable with the specific exercise, there is no point for change.
All we have to remember is that a fitness program new or old must produce great results, especially in weight loss.
