Flowers and Greenery

• Make the location look like the rainforest by using faux or real flowers and greenery or a combination of the two. Drape green crepe paper from the ceiling to look like vines. Cut leaf shapes out of green construction paper and attach them to the crepe paper. Place live ferns and bouquets of tropical flowers around the room.
  
  

Centerpieces

• Line the bottom of glass bowls with river rock and fill them with water. Float candles and the blooms of tropical flowers in the water. Twist green crepe paper to look like vines and wrap them around the bases of the bowls.
  
  

Linens

• Cover tables with green cotton tablecloths and top them with tan or off-white gossamer. Cover chairs with gossamer, as well and use animal print fabric to tie bows around the chairs. Animal print fabrics can also be used as place mats and napkins.
  
  

Animals

• Finish off the look of the space with animals. Suspend plush monkeys from the ceiling to look as if they are swinging from the vines. Other plush animals--such as leopards, parrots and turtles--can be displayed on the gift and dessert tables. Blow up and print out images of rainforest animals from Clip Art and display them on the walls of the party area.
