- 1). Dial "001-66" from your cellphone or landline.
- 2). Enter the city code in Thailand, which varies from city-to-city. The city code for Bangkok, for example, is 2, while the city code for Udon Thani is 42. Forgo the city code if you're dialing a Thailand cellphone and simply add "8" after "001-66."
- 3). Dial the remaining numbers for the phone you wish to call.
