iPhone OS 1.x

• 1). Tap on the "Settings" icon. It's the icon on the iPhone's main page with the "Gears" icon.
  
  
• 2). Tap on the "General" button within the "Settings" page. It also has the "Gears" icon.
  
  
• 3). Tap on the "Network" button within the "General" menu. It's labelled with the word "Network."
  
  
• 4). Tap on the "APN" line in the menu. Here you can change your APN settings by clicking and typing in your desired APN on the iPhone's digital keypad. Click the "Save" button to save your new APN. You have successfully changed your iPhone's APN.
  
  

iPhone OS 2.x

• 1). Tap on the "Settings" icon. It's the icon on the iPhone's main page with the "Gears" icon.
  
  
• 2). Tap on the "General" button within the "Settings" page. It also has the "Gears" icon.
  
  
• 3). Tap on the "Network" button within the "General" menu. This button is labelled with the word "Network."
  
  
• 4). Tap on "Cellular Data Network." Here you can change your APN settings by clicking and typing in your desired APN on the iPhone's digital keypad. Click the "Save" button to save your new APN. You have successfully changed your iPhone's APN.
  
  

iPhone OS 3.x

• 1). Open Safari by tapping on the Safari icon on the main screen. It's the blue icon that resembles a compass. A Safari browser window opens.
  
  
• 2). Access "unlockit.co.nz". This website is required for changing your APN on iPhones with OS 3.x.
  
  
• 3). Follow the onscreen prompts and enter your desired APN information. The website will set up a custom profile for you and install it on your iPhone, allowing you to use your desired APN. Your new APN will automatically be created and saved.
