Ok, so it is a little harsh and too candid for most women. Those are the ones that will continue to live a life better suited for lonely nights and confusion. If you're pragmatic and want to deal with the "ugly" truth, but the six step program is the choice being made by many women. Why do so many women not understand men do care how their wives look, feel, and care for themselves. It is a reflection on them. They like being proud of their wives. Is this shallow? Maybe so, but it is also the way it is.

How many times have you heard the term, "arm candy or trophy wife" when a guy's significant other is a beautiful woman? You notice her, your husband notices her, and so does everyone else. Yet the response is negative towards the woman because she has chosen to take care of herself. People are so catty (yes men, so are you) when it comes to a person making the effort to live a healthier lifestyle?

How many excuses are you going to use to prevent YOU from being a trophy wife? It is a false rumor that being a dumb blonde is a prerequisite. What is a prerequisite is getting your brain, ambition and a little discipline into gear to do something about yourself. Stop blaming the kids, school, job, exhaustion, or any other excuse used every day to continue to being the blimp of the family. Show a little fortitude and ambition. Realize that it is the woman who has the control and sets the pace for the entire family. The man in the relationship is independent enough to take care of himself, and he will in his own way.

Let's go from step one to step five; toned to obese. Happens all the time, and that is when the man looks for ways to get out of the house or not come home, he has a drink with a "client" after work, or goes golfing when it is snowing outside etc. Women just don't get it, THEY can make all the difference in the relationship. Being thinner is not hard to do. The discipline of getting off your butt and exercising is the hard part. Fact is, it's mindless once you are in a groove. Be amazed as your husband begins to show a new found interest in you and how you are doing.

It is not complicated. Men are visual. They want that to see you as their trophy wife. You need two basic ingredients: first, you need to have a healthy lifestyle. Watch what you eat, when you eat, where you eat, how much you eat. Other words, a healthy diet. Do this in a delicious way for everyone in the family. Sorry, but you control that as well. Second, you need an exercise program that is manageable and fits into your schedule. Too many women live busy lives are doing this daily. You can too.

Divorce is an awful process to go through. Happens all the time, hurts everyone involved and you are going through it for all the wrong reasons many times. Be the trophy wife you want to be. Your family will follow your lead, notice the change, and love you for it.
