    Frog Cupcakes

    • Kids can have fun decorating these cupcakes and devouring them, too. Gather cupcakes of any flavor, green food coloring, buttercream frosting, green jelly fruit slices, large green gumdrops, mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and yellow Starburst candies. Add food coloring into the frosting until it is the shade of green you want, then top the cupcakes. Place a jelly fruit slice in the frosting to form the frog's smile. To make eyes, cut a gumdrop in half. Cut a mini marshmallow in two, and press the halves against the cut surfaces of the gumdrop. Place a chocolate chip into the center of each marshmallow half. The eyes go behind the jelly fruit slice. To make the crown, cut the Starburst into a crown shape, and stand it up behind the eyes.

    Tiara Cookies

    • Make sugar cookies fit for a princess. Roll out dough, and use a stencil or cookie cutter to cut dough into tiara shapes. Once the cookies are baked and chilled, children can decorate them any way they wish. Have sprinkles, frosting, candy, marshmallows and chocolate chips available.

    Crown

    • Purchase plain crowns from a craft store that are ready to decorate, or make crowns by cutting out long strips from poster board. Have kids glue on glitter, rhinestones, pom-poms and feathers. They can also color in designs or their name. When the crowns have dried, you can glue or staple both ends together, and they are ready to wear. To give some inspiration, cut out pictures of crowns that kids can look at while making their own creations.

    Princess Hat

    • You will need a large piece of pink poster board, stapler, lace fabric, glue, sheer tulle fabric and rhinestones. Make a cone-shaped hat with the pink cardboard, and staple it shut. Leave space at the tip of the cone to pull tulle through. On the inside, tie the tulle in a large knot so it will not slip through. The hat is now ready to be decorated. Kids can create a colorful pattern or their first initial with the rhinestones and lace fabric.
