The pizza dough is made with sea salt and extra virgin olive oil and Alexander's lets diners choose what type of sauce they'd prefer: basil pesto, vodka red sauce or Alexander's signature red sauce. Next, diners can choose from an eclectic offering of toppings that include uncommon pizza flavors like pear, turkey meatball, jalapeno, walnuts and blue cheese with timeless classics such as buffalo mozzarella, olives and pepperoni. You can also opt for one of Alexander's signature pizzas, a favorite of which is the 38 Special, a gourmet pizza that comes with chicken, roasted BBQ sauce, Gouda cheese, grilled onions, cilantro, applewood bacon and mozzarella cheese.

Lobster ravioli, Macaroni and cheese and homemade lasagna will have you in carb bliss while eating at Alexander's.

The restaurant also has unique pasta dishes like its Pink Penne pasta dish which consists of pasta tossed in Alexander's pink cream sauce with chicken, peas and prosciutto. My personal favorite is the Linguine di Kathleen, an egg linguine pasta dish mixed with feta, pine nuts, tomatoes and pesto; it sounds simple, but Alexander's manages to turn the ingredients into something memorable. 

High-Quality Traditional Meat and Fish Dishes

Alexander's also offers classic meat and fish dishes, prepared with the Alexander's flare and focus on high quality. Try the linguine vongole or "naked fish" (the fresh catch of the day) if you're in the mood for seafood. Meat lovers will drool over the fine filet mignon or stuffed chicken florentine.
