Yes, it's possible to order candy arrangements online.
There are retailers who offer to deliver them just like flowers.
But wouldn't it be more fun and more personal to do it yourself? Making your own candy arrangements is fun and lends a personal touch to your gift, especially if you know the favourite candy of the person you're sending it to.
It is also, I might add, a viable business opportunity.

So how do you do it? It's not rocket science.

Lollipops are a good place to start.
They already have stems, so you can arrange them just like a traditional bouquet.
Use some floral ribbons to liven it up.
You could also mix in a few actual flowers if you like.
