How to Use the Front Bar on a Peg Perego Stroller
- 1). Locate the front bar button. It is under the armrest, where the armrest meets the front bar. Press this button and hold it down to release one side of the front bar. Pull the bar out as you press the button. This will open one side of the bar and allow your child to get in or out of the stroller.
- 2). Press both front bar buttons under the armrest to remove the front bar. If the child is too big for the front bar or you feel that he or she is too old for it, you can keep the front bar off the stroller. While you are pressing both the front bar release buttons, pull the bar toward yourself and away from the stroller.
- 3). Press the long button under the armrest to extend the front bar. The button is located on the armrest behind the buttons that you used in Steps 1 and 2. Pull the bar out while pushing this button to extend it. This is useful if you would like space for blankets or bags between the child and the armrest, or if you think the child would like more wiggle room.
- 4). Press the long button again to shorten the front bar. Push the bar in toward the seat while you are pressing the button. This is useful if you are putting a smaller child who needs less space into the seat.
