The 5 Tibetan rites is a yoga routine that has been practised by Tibetians for centuries and has only become known in the western world in the early 1900's when a British colonel who was living in a monastery wrote a book about them.
This basic routine is practiced all over the world and is said to rejuvenate the body and help prevent it from aging.
These movements are based on five movements that are repeated for up to 21 times.

The 5 Tibetan rites focus on proper and consistent breathing patterns as you do the exercise that involve arms outstretched and twirling, leg squats or rises, a neck warm-up exercise, an table formation exercise that helps your back, and a rapid hip exercise that helps keep the joints moving and active.
