Dedicated to the lord Vishnu and believed to be the 108th Divya Desam of Lord Vishnu, Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple is swathe with different values, myths and rumors. The temple has been beautifully constructed in Dravidian style of architecture by the instructions of Viswakarma sthapathis, from Tanjore that latter settled in karamana and kalppalayam. The temple mimics the most renowned Sri Adikesavaperumal Temple at which is located in Thiruvattar. The temple is having 365 corridors and 25% of sculptured granite-stone pillars are jeweled with convoluted carvings which appear to be an ultimate shrine for the Viswakarma sthapathis in carving this amazing architectural work of art. The respective corridor has been pulled out from the eastern side into the sanctum sanctorum. It's an eight foot flag-staff plunks in front of the main door of entry from the prakaram.
