The noise and crowd can easily divert your attention.
Being able to keep complete focus is a great trait for an athlete.
To be able to let everything around you go and give all of your attention where it needs to be is phenomenal.
There are two distractions to deal with, one of them is the obvious distractions around you.
Another distraction is the one inside, you thoughts.
The distractions from around you can be things like people, the event, or even the weather.
The weather is a big problem for a lot of people trying to focus.
A good way to handle these situations is to prepare for the worst even if you are hoping for the best.
This makes it so you can handle whatever life throws your way.
By preparing ourselves for anything that can happen, we can keep from being distracted.
Our bodies can also develop something called muscle memory where our muscles automatically know what to do from repeating the action so often.
The things that will trip us up the most are the things we did not prepare for.
You may have noticed that the things that bother you may not bother others around you and you have probably wondered why this is.
Your belief, perceptions, and way of looking at things differs from other people.
This is what makes us unique, the way we see things.
Regardless if you are being distracted by the weather conditions, noise from people around you, or anything else, the distraction element is personal to you.
How you view the things around you will determine how you will react.
Things are a distraction to you only if you allow them to be.
Through experience a lot of difficult things can become easier.
The more you get to work on your focus, the easier it will be for you to not allow distractions in.
Your perception of everything around you is completely yours to control.
