You see those perfect abs in all the movies and on television.
They look so good and seem so very hard to get.
Many people work there butt off to get them but never seem to get the results they are looking for.
They do not know what really goes into getting perfect abs.
They think it is all about sit ups and crunches.
Truth is, those exercises are not enough.
I am going to tell you the proper way how to get perfect abs.
One thing most people do not consider when trying to get abs is body fat percentage.
You can do sit ups and crunches all day long but if you do not have a proper body fat percentage, it is all for nothing.
Your abs will not really start to show until you get your body fat percentage down to about 9%.
This may seem really low but it is very achievable if you watch your nutrition and exercise regularly.
Another thing that holds a lot of people back is their work out routine.
They do countless sit ups and crunches and wait for the day that their abs will just be huge.
What you need is a good, well rounded, full body work out.
Most exercises you do for any part of your body also work out your abs so they will be well taken care of.
Do not neglect the other parts of your body.
They need the workout as well.
