More than 30 types of fresh seafood is listed on the large and diverse menu including Little Neck clams, Atlantic salmon, Idaho rainbow trout, Panamanian yellowfin tuna and Hatteras swordfish. Local favorites like Chesapeake oysters on the half-shell, Maryland crab soup and Maryland crab cakes are also available on the menu. For those who prefer non-seafood dishes, the restaurant offers grilled pork chops, filet Mignon and top sirloin among the entree selections. A large wine list features a vast assortment of red, white, and sparkling wines by the glass or bottle. McCormick & Schmick's is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.

Guests can relax and enjoy fresh local seafood in the restaurant's 270-seat dining room, 75-seat bar lounge or, weather permitting, expansive 142-seat upper deck and outdoor patio. Menu items include appetizers like Maryland lump crab cakes, jumbo shrimp cocktails and oysters Rockefeller, and entrees such as rockfish piccata, shrimp & brie stuffed salmon, blackened diver sea scallops and fresh beer-battered fish & chips. Two comfortable decks that overlook the marina allow diners to eat and drink outdoors in good weather. The eclectic menu includes selections like Buffalo shrimp, fried oysters, catfish fingers, raw or steamed oysters and clams on the half-shell, surf and turf, fish and chips and seafood pasta.
