There are some basic steps which can be followed to avoid acne breakouts.
1)Do little or no makeup at all.
The chemicals of makeup react with the sweat and result in the blockage of skin pores that can increase the severity of acne.
2)Eat more of natural foods, especially vegetable salads and less oily and greasy foods.
Avoid too much of sweets.
Sprouts are a good option too.
3)Wash your face at least twice in a day.
You can also use a natural herbal paste after the washing, especially at night before going to sleep.
Sandalwood paste is a good option.
4)Regular exercise and sweating out your toxins, accumulated in the blood, keeps your skin free of pimples.
Yoga exercises are one of the best ways of getting rid of pimples.
