Making The Ideal Mini Donuts

Weekends and holidays are simply great! That's when your mom or grandmother makes your favorite dishes just for you. Mini donuts are one such treat. They are so tasty!

A thing worth doing is worth doing well. It's obvious you want to make the best donuts you can. To do that you need to act on the recipes and instructions on how to make them.

The lightness of the dough has a big influence on the flavor of the final product. The dough should be as soft as possible.

After getting the correct recipe you need to get the right equipment to cook your mini donuts. The ideal temperature for cooking donuts is 375 degrees Fahrenheit. So make sure that the oil is heated accordingly. The donuts must not be more than ¼ inch in thickness.

You need to flip the donuts so buy a suitable pot for the same. When the donuts start rising you need to flip them over. A golden color is a sign that the side is ready and the donut must be flipped.

Use unpolluted oil to make your donuts. Don't use second hand oil. It will give the donuts a bad odor and it is unhygienic as well.

Your donuts should not be too oily. So keep them on paper towels. The paper towel will soak up the excess oil. You can powder your donut with cinnamon and sugar and eat them straight off the pan.

Don't throw away the remnants. Once they are cold unleash your creativity to adorn the donuts. Eat well and have fun!
