Selling Your House Using the Lease Purchase Agreement

Have you been trying to sell your old home for the longest time? It's just that nobody wants to buy it? Do you believe that people actually want to buy your home? It's just that they can't afford it? This was the same problem a friend of mine faced just a month ago, when he still wasn't familiar with the concept of lease purchase agreement.
He was trying to sell his two-story home and he had potential buyers.
The problem was that they did not qualify for housing loans and they could not pay for the house upfront.
He started asking his friends and family for advice, when he spoke with one who had successfully sold his home just recently.
It was then that my friend was introduced to the concept.
While many articles talk about the benefits of this agreement towards the tenant, the agreement is mutually beneficial to landlords as well.
In this agreement, you will be renting your home to a certain tenant.
This tenant will sign an agreement stating that he will buy your home after a year or two.
The time must be agreed upon by both parties.
And as a safety precaution-and to help you pay for those pesky taxes-you will charge the tenant a monthly rental fee for your home.
A part of this fee will serve as down payment for the price of your home which he will pay during the deadline.
If for some reason, your tenant backs out of the deal and you don't want to press charges, you can keep the down payment nonetheless.
You will be surprised at how many people are so close to being able to afford to buy a home.
All they need is a couple more months.
By allowing them to rent your home until they can pay, you can be confident they will buy your home after a short period of time.
So sell your home now with the lease purchase agreement.
