The Hidden Dangers of Zero Calories Margarine Spray

103 20
There was once a time when families made their own butter by hand.
As time moved on, butter became expensive and a cheaper substitution was sought.
During the late 1800's a mixture of cow fat, udder, milk and sheep's stomach were created to make a hard, white and glossy substance known as margarine.
Eventually fish and vegetable oils replaced the beef fat, making the cost even cheaper and by the early 1920's only vegetable oil was used.
Over the years scientists began experimenting with their butter substitute and found that adding chemicals allowed their creation to become easier to spread and more appealing.
Suddenly, it was announced as being healthier than butter and everyone wanted to try it.
Butter was known as the bad stuff and labeled as dangerous while its substitute became dubbed as the savior to a healthier lifestyle.
No more cholesterol or clogged arteries that could lead to stroke or heart disease was the claim.
Yet, scientists were not concerned with the toxic chemicals used in their so-called butter substitute and they didn't think it was important enough to let consumers know about.
All they wanted to share was the supposed heart health benefits of their man-made product.
Sure it contains no cholesterol and is higher in good fats, but why would someone want to put man-made toxic chemicals into their body? Could it be that if consumers found out what exactly went into that product, they might be concerned? Of course they would.
So, scientists came up with another so-called solution and created an all-new version of their product to try to fool the public.
It's called; margarine spray and manufacturers claim that it has no calories.
Yet it's no better than the old version.
The hidden truth is, it does have calories.
While one spray may not amount to enough, that doesn't mean a few sprays of the stuff won't be calorie free.
And again, scientists refuse to mention that it's full of toxic chemicals.
Mother Nature never intended for us to eat chemically made foods and our bodies will eventually agree with her choice.
In reality you'd be better off using butter in small moderation.
Butter is a whole food that is at least natural.
However, use it wisely because while it is natural, it's still fatty and can cause heart disease and stroke if you overdo it.
Moderation is the key.
