London, one of the most visited cities in the world, has a history of haunted buildings, several of which happen to be haunted hotels. Two such haunted hotels are in the city while another is in the London suburb of Essex. - The Langham Hilton in London was built in 1863. This hotel is said to be the most haunted hotel in London. According to journalists from the BBC, there have been numerous sightings of ghostly apparitions donning Victorian attire. Legend also has it that Napoleon III wonders aimlessly throughout the cellar of this historic building. There have been reports of guests running out of Room 333 screaming on many occasions. That room is said to be the most haunted room in the building. Each of the guest rooms have 42-inch flat-screen TVs with satellite stations, wireless access to the Internet, coffee makers and small bars. Other amenities at this hotel include an exercise room, an indoor swimming pool, two saunas, and a steam room.
