  Robertsdale is a town of less than 4,000 people located in southern Alabama. Although it is small, the town is close to bigger Alabama attractions in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Mobile and Foley. Robertsdale is also less than a 40-minute drive to Pensacola, Florida. Recreational vehicle (RV) campers who want to settle in a peaceful area and still have access to adventure will find this opportunity in Robertsdale.
  
  

Wilderness RV Park

• Wilderness RV Park is open year-round and offers accommodations to both visitors and permanent residents. The park has 64 sites, all of which are pull-throughs and equipped with full utility hook-ups; 50-amp electricity is available at limited sites. The park offers a pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and bathrooms. A free wireless Internet hot spot is available in the clubhouse. Fishing ponds and horseshoes are provided on-site. The campground sells propane and offers mobile sanitary dumping for an additional fee. Pets are welcome but must be leashed. Wilderness RV Park charges nightly and monthly rates and also sells park memberships that allow guests to camp for two weeks at a time, with a week-long break between visits, for an annual maintenance fee. Azalea Acres RV Park

• Azalea Acres RV Park is less then 35 miles from both Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida. The campground is set on 24 acres of land and includes walking trails through 12 acres of shady woods, home to deer and several species of birds. RV sites are level and pull-through with concrete pads. The park has laundry rooms, restrooms, showers and a community room. Wireless Internet is available throughout the area. Azalea Acres is less than two miles from the Styx River Range.

Hilltop RV Park

• Hilltop RV Park has RV sites suitable for big rigs, with large pull-through sites measuring 85 feet by 40 feet. The park has 87 campsites with full hook-ups of 30- or 50-amp electricity, water and sewer. Wireless Internet is available throughout the park as well as telephone hook-ups for long-term guests. The park sells laundry and RV supplies, along with paperback books, and features an LP gas pumping station. Hilltop RV Park has daily, weekly and monthly rates, with discounts for members of Passport America, Good Sam and the military. Pets are welcome in this adult-only park.
