Video: Gift Wrapping Tips on Ribbon
Video Transcript
OK, we're shiny, we've got a big stripe, and we?re ready for some ribbon. Pick something that goes with the colors in the funny papers. You can wrap it around a couple times if you want to. Where did my scissors go? Here they are. Oh, this looks really cute. Now, sometimes you don't need something this jovial, you need a more serious wrapped present. And, you know, what would be really cute is to take the financial section of the paper, you know, this has sort of an all over gray look. This would be so fun to wrap a present for a man, or a congratulations present for somebody who's gotten a new job. Or, what about using the want ads to wrap a present for a new graduate, you know, kind of a get a job hint. Oh, that would be cute. I'm going to totally steal that idea for myself. Now that we've got some ribbon on here, I'm just going to go to the one that I've already finished. And, I just want to remind you that there are all kinds of fun things at the party store, like little party favors and things like that, that are fun to tie in to a present. And what better thing to tie on to a present that's wrapped in the comics, than a nose and glasses. Just keep them folded up, tie them on. But of course you can use candy, you can use cosmetics, you can use and silly little toy that you might find. Oh, isn't that fun? That is just so cute. If you've got a friend who's a standup comedian you want to give a birthday present to, this is your box. Next, I'm going to show you what to do with a roll of toilet paper.
