Hold on to Your Power!
they all demand your time and your efforts throughout the day.
Every day.
It never seems to end.
And every day, you give them your power.
You lose your mind, your self, and your clear path to achieve your goals.
It is time for you to grasp your power before you give it all away.
When you retain your self control (or your Power), you can keep the situation in the realm that you want it to stay in.
You can make sure that it is not only a "win" for the person you are dealing with, but most importantly, a "win" for you as well.
And really, that is what we are all going after - a peaceful and harmonious circle of friends and family.
So, how do you do it? How do you go about preserving your power? Simple.
When you find you are starting to boil up, stop.
Take a look at the situation.
Breathe.
In a brief second, try to see the situation from the other person's point of view.
Then, gather yourself up, feel your power within you and handle the situation in a fair manner.
(As you get more used to this, you will be able to use your Power and ward off any negative feelings at all.
You will be able to avoid the "boiling point" and carry on your day in a happy, stress free way.
) Why? When you can keep all relationships around you in good working order, you are setting yourself up for success.
When you are happy, others around you are happy, and everything flows in your life.
You see what you can do for others, and in return, they see what they can do for you.
Haven't you ever noticed when you are having a good day, how things just seem to fit perfectly for you? One good thing happens, then another, and yet another.
On those days, you woke up with your Power, and kept it strong all throughout the day.
Some people have asked how to wake up with that feeling of Power within them.
There are many ways to do this, and here are just a few: 1.
Meditate before you go to bed.
Think how you want your day to go the next day, and visualize how great it will be.
2.
Make a list at night of the things you want to accomplish the next day.
This way, you will be prepared.
3.
When you wake up in the morning, think of something you are excited about for the day.
4.
Exercise.
(I know you have heard this before, but it really does work.
) Go ahead, give it a try.
You will like the results.
