Maybe then you declare to never have a drink again to solve this problem.
As most of use drinkers know, this declaration never holds and we are out drinking again next week, or month, and experience the same hangover symptoms once again.
Everyone knows hangovers are associated with alcohol, but not to many know exactly why a hangover results from a night of drinking.
Although you like drinking, and even some alcohol can actually be good, it is important that you moderate the amount you drink.
Of course the best way to avoid hangover is to not drink at all, so what is the next best way? Moderation, not drinking to get drunk.
Many of us have had the experience that bourbon, whiskey, or wine and know that they can typically lead to harder hangover than either beer or vodka.
It is the chemicals, generally the yeasts, in these types of liquors that can cause headaches.
Although a hangover has no known exact cause, there is believed to be a variety of things that contribute to a hangover.
Alcohol is diuretic, meaning it makes people urinate more often than normal.
It also uses more water when your system is trying to flush it out of you.
The more alcohol someone drinks the more dehydrated they become.
A hangover can often make people want to stay in bed.
This makes it worse, what you should do is get up and move around, more than normal.
Try even doing an activity that would make you sweat, which helps dispose of the alcoholic toxins.
If you do some strenuous exercise, although it may seem hard and make it worse at first, it will definitely shorten the length and severeness of your hangover.
All hangovers are easily preventable.
To really prevent hangovers your first tip is to never drink on an empty stomach.
Eat some foods high in fiber, carbohydrates, and fat such as cheese, bread, or pasta.
A good meal will allow your body to more easily digest the alcohol.
Another preventative thing you could do to avoid hangovers is drink a lot of water during, and after, your alcohol consumption.
If you plan on drinking beer and hard liquors always drink the beer first because it is digested more quickly.
