Types

• A daycare provider often writes up a human care agreement which states the services she will provide for the child. This may include meals, activities and times of services. The contract is often the same for an elderly patient who goes into a nursing home; the agreement will simply discuss what is provided.
  
  

Payment

• A human care agreement will also include information on how much the parent or person responsible will pay for the services or care provided. There may also be late fees applied if the payments are not made on time.
  
  

Contract

• This type of agreement is a contract. A contract is a legally binding agreement between two or more individuals. Once signed, the individuals are obligated by law to follow the agreement.
