Saber is a new line of grills from the people that brought us Char-Broil. They use technology similar to Char-Broil, though without all the fatal flaws. Saber is separate from Char-Broil and so far seems to be well run. Saber grills are infrared, but forget about that. What this grill is, besides made completely with 304 stainless steel is a very good gas grill. It reaches the same temperatures (though not as well on the low end), has all the versatility, and performance of a good, but very regular gas grill. The Artisan grill comes from Alfresco grills, on of the best of the high end stainless steel grill makers. With many of the same features, this grill has lost a few of Alfresco's details to bring down the price.
