OK, so you just found out that if you write a few articles and submit them to the right place, you are going to get traffic to your site and then the conversions will make you some money.
You did well at writing book reports in school.
And, as a matter of fact, you made a little money in school writing reports for some of your friends.
This sounds pretty easy to do so you decide to give it a try.
You go to your desk, turn on your computer, open your favorite browser and start to do some research.
After looking at several topics, you decide on a category that you think you know a little about already.
This is easy enough! You then check a couple of sites to get some specific ideas about which you are writing, and you get started.
Oops, it is getting late.
I will get back to this tomorrow and write some then.
I already have some good ideas about my subject, so this is going to be a snap.
You go to bed and think about what you are going to write, and as you start to drift off, your mind begins to wander and you think about other things.
Next day you have several things to do before you can get started writing your article, so you go about doing the days chores and find out that there is more to do than you thought there was and now it is getting later in the day, so you just don't feel your mind is clear enough, so you think there will be more time tomorrow.
Next day, thing go better so you have some spare time and you go to the computer and get started.
Since it has been a couple of days you review what you had decided and find that your brain has changed some of your thoughts, so you start the article and it seems to go very well.
You get it all written and start to submit it, just to find out that you do not have enough words.
Now you go back and change some of the article so that you can get enough words into it.
When you proof read what you have written, it doesn't sound right so you decide to put it aside for a couple of hours.
When you come back and reread it, it looks OK.
So, you submit the article.
After you submit the article, you read it again and decided that maybe you will wait until this one is approved.
Four or five days later, your article is approved and you think this is not that hard after all.
Tomorrow comes and you just do not have the time today.
Maybe in the next week or so you get another article submitted.
However, as time passes, you get less enthusiastic and more time passes between articles and soon it just isn't that important any more.
To be successful at writing articles, you have to be consistent.
Take the time every day to write an article and get it submitted.
Consistency will pay off!
