How to Set Up the Bun & Thigh Roller
- 1). Attach the band post to the back pad assembly. Make sure resistance band anchor A and resistance band anchor B are facing away from each other.
- 2). Find the bolt that secures the band post to the back pad assembly. Look at the bolt and note the tab at its head. Note the groove in the bracket. Insert the bolt so the tab is secured into the slot. Place the nut on the opposite end of the bolt and tighten. Make sure the band post is still able to swing.
- 3). Attach the rocker rails. Rotate them until they slide into place with the black end caps facing forward. Depress the spring button on the bottom of the rocker rails evenly until the button clicks through the hole on the frame tube.
- 4). Attach handles to each side of the unit by inserting the grip into the corresponding tube. Place the pin through the hole until the button appears on other side of the handle.
- 5). Attach the neck pad to the neck-rest support tube. Tighten screws. Insert the neck pad by depressing the button and inserting into the main unit.
- 6). Install the resistance band. The unit should be fully assembled and ready for use.
