Rachel

Rachel is Juliet's sister who was ill. She wore a scarf on her head and Juliet gave her injections. When Juliet was ready to give up, Rachel told her that the experiments worked and she was pregnant.

Ethan Rom

Ethan was an Other who was sent by Ben to live among the crash survivors and act as if he was one of them.

Ethan kidnaped Claire and took care of her during the end of her pregnancy, but she escaped.
Ethan was killed by Charlie when he attempted to take Claire again.

Also, Ethan had a connection to Juliet before they were on the island. He helped to recruit her.

Goodwin

Goodwin was an Other who was sent by Ben to live among the tail section survivors and act like he was one of them. Ana-Lucia figured it out and killed him.

Mikhail

Mikhail was a man with an eye patch who lived in The Flame Station. He was found by Kate, Sayid, and Locke and taken prisoner. He died when Locke pushes him into the security fence.

Dr. Richard Alpert recruited Juliet to the island. He is on the island and works closely with Ben.
