Linking with a Web Browser

• 1). Open a new browser window.
  
  
• 2). Type "http://public.me.com/name" in the address bar, replacing "name" with your MobileMe account name. To link to someone's public folder type "http://public.me.com/name-Public", again replacing "name" with the person's account name..
  
  
• 3). Enter a password if prompted.
  
  

Linking With Windows 7

• 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and select "Computer." A new window opens.
  
  
• 2). Click the "File" menu, click "Tools," then select "Map Network Drive."
  
  
• 3). Type "https://public.me.com/name" in the folder field, replacing "name" with your MobileMe account name. If you are linking to the public folder of someone else's iDisk, type "https://public.me.com/name-Public," replacing "name" with the person's MobileMe account name.
  
  
• 4). Click the "Reconnect at login" box if you want to login automatically another time.
  
  
• 5). Click "Finish."
  
  

Linking with Mac OS X

• 1). Click "Finder" in the dock to open a Finder window.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Go" menu and select "iDisk."
  
  
• 3). Click the "Start" button to link to your own iDisk folders. Enter your account name and password if requested.
  
  
• 4). Click "Other User's Public Folder" to link to another's iDisk public folder. Enter the person's account name. Enter a public folder password if requested.
