One of the first things most people do when they want to lose weight is start counting calories. But, we all tend to cheat on our diets. Even if you don't eat things that are extremely off limits when dieting, there are some foods that people still feel like they can eat while they are trying to lose weight. These types of foods technically can be eaten, but you will eventually end up still hungry since they aren't nutritious and not very filling per calorie.

Probably the easiest thing to cut out of your diet and avoid are sugared beverages. These types of drinks are sodas, concentrated juices, and even some fruit juices. Many of these have close to 200 calories per serving. While some are healthy like orange juice, it is healthier and more satisfying to eat the orange. While many don't like water, learn to drink it since it will help to curb hunger and doesn't have any calories.

No more fried foods! Not only will this help you lose weight, you will be healthier as well! There are other health reasons for doing this in the long run. These foods are calorie rich and nutrient poor. They will satisfy all sorts of cravings since greasy food for many is a comfort food, but they are not a healthy choice. If you do feel the urge to eat some, do so in moderation.

Cut back on deserts. That sweet tooth sneaks up on you, so give yourself a little taste to satisfy the craving for sugar or chocolate. Instead of your normal treats, try to enjoy the sweetness of certain fruits. Once getting off sugary treats, natural sugars really will start satisfying your sweet tooth effectively.

Basically, you should stay away from any foods that are not filling and is high in calories. If you are able to stick to your diet and eat these risky foods, you can. However, these foods tend to not fill you up meaning you will end up having problems sticking to your diet due to hunger.

Replace these foods with as many low calorie natural food choices as possible. You will feel full and satisfied, not deprived as many dieters do.
