Restoring Proper pH to the Intestinal System in Candida Treatment

A letter came to my inbox asking some questions about candida treatment.
She asked me what the best probiotics to take is and how to restore proper pH to her intestinal system.
She also wants to know how often she has to change her antifungals.
The list had them organized in several categories, so she wonders how to know which five to choose.
Is it one from each category that she has symptoms in or only the ones for systematic? She also asked what exercises are best to take and which one is better between food combining and low carb.
The more billions probiotics you can find, the better.
Multi-flora, which means more than one strain of bacteria, is good.

By eating foods that will help to restore your proper ph in whichever direction you need to go and avoiding the foods that cause the problem of the direction you're at now.
I think you can research this online fairly easily.
You may want to get a naturopath to help you with antifungals' matter, but mainly a combination that will help all of your symptoms is good and to rotate to a different set after 4-7 days.
Regarding the exercise, you can try all the calmer exercises if you are just beginning.
Walking, low impact aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga, etc.
Then, work yourself up to other aerobic activities or things you like to do.
I would try to do both of food combining and low carb diet.
It is not a matter of which is better than the other because they both help.
The food combining has to do with how our bodies digest the food.
Since protein and carbs are digested at different rates, there could be a problem with our systems "fermenting" something if it is stewing, while the other food, the carbs, had already been digested.
Fruit, if allowed, has to be eaten by itself and preferable not at night.
It is a matter of eating foods that will digest at about the same rate, so none of these problems occur.
The low carb diet helps with ridding foods that candida is fond of.
So, they both help in their own way and you don't have to choose.
