Jim Sheridan to Direct "Locked and Loaded"
Academy Award-nominee Jim Sheridan ("In America," "In the Name of the Father," "My Left Foot") will direct the action-adventure movie, "Locked and Loaded," set to star rapper 50 Cent.
Variety reports "Locked and Loaded" will involve an inner city drug dealer who leaves the world of crime and turns to his passion, rap music. Terence Winter will write the script, with Van Toffler, David Gale, and Heather Parry producing the movie.
Rappers Eminem and Dr. Dre are expected to be involved in some capacity.
Filming is set to star in early 2005.
