At Llanfair PD, Todd tells Blair he assured Jack that he'd make it all okay. No one sets up their little boy and gets away with it. Tea and John overhear Todd. Tea asks, "And then what? Kill them?" Todd answers that he wouldn't kill anyone. He insists that either the tape is a fake or Jack was set up.

Starr visits Rick in the hospital, urging him to sign the papers from Todd's lawyers. In exchange for dropping the lawsuit and cancelling their recording contract, Rick would get a lot of money.

Rick responds that he wants to work with Starr and reminds her that he 'owns' her; the contract is ironclad. When Starr mentions that there are a lot of singers out there, Rick responds that they don't have 'IT' as well as a sordid past and an exploitable family -- better than the Kardashians. Rick says it's even kinky -- sisters dating brothers; let the man-stealing begin. And now she has a brother in jail, that's more to exploit. Starr stares, astonished, then says they're all disgusting ideas. Rick says he'll drop the lawsuit and focus on making Starr a star. Starr agrees -- she's bad. She twists his fingers, warning that next time she'll break his leg. Rick, intrigued, says she really is bad. Then he shows her the edited version of the 'Jailbait' video and predicts it'll be huge and so will she. But Starr thinks it'll bomb and tells Rick to take the offer. It's his big chance -- a lot of money. But Rick says they'll go to the top --- together. He warns her that if she manhandles him again, she'll regret it.

It's a gentle reminder that she works for him, not the other way around.

In jail, Jack tells Neela someone set him up and warns Neela that she'll need a lawyer -- as an accessory. Neela admits that she recorded his confession. She did it for Shane. Jack is disbelieving. She set him up because Shane asked her to? After he helped her when they were going to send her back to India? Neela felt sorry for Shane; she adds that there's another boy in jail because of what Jack did. Then she tells Jack she likes him. Jack scoffs. What does she do to people she doesn't like? He sends her away, calling her a backstabbing bitch. Neela runs out in tears.

In his office, John confides to Tea that Shane asked Neela to help him prove that Jack was responsible for Gigi's death. Tea tells Todd and Blair that Neela turned in the tape. Tea says that if it's Jack's voice and he made a full confession, it will be difficult. And with Jack's history of bullying Shane, he could face a murder charge. She's going to go for accidental and manslaughter. Tea needs to get Jack arraigned and see about bail. She needs to talk with Jack alone. John offers his office. Tea promises that she won't let Todd know she thinks he's a killer. John tells her to warn Todd not to lean on Neela.

Alone in John's office, Tea tells Jack that first she has to get him out on bail. Then she will do everything she can to keep him out of jail. Jack wonders out loud how he could be so stupid to trust Neela. Tea asks if he knew that Neela made the recording. He does now. Tea orders him to avoid all contact with Neela. Tea knows he didn't intend to kill Gigi. Shane bursts into the office. Jack sees Gigi and stares.

At Llanfair, Gigi and Rex convince Shane that he's seeing Gigi, not Stacy. Shane asks Gigi what happened; where has she been? Gigi tells Shane that she was in the hospital, unconscious; then she couldn't remember anything until she was with Rex at the Bon Jour. Now she wants to know everything about what's been happening with Shane. Shane mutters, "That means Jack didn't kill her." Shane tells Gigi and Rex that Jack's in jail due to evidence Neela helped him get. Gigi says she needs to go to the PD and tell them she's alive. Rex tells Gigi that he's become close to Aubrey; he and Shane were supposed to spend Christmas with her. When Gigi asks if he has feelings for Aubrey, Rex responds that if he did, they disappeared the minute he found out Gigi was alive. Gigi says he needs to see Aubrey and tell her. While Gigi and Shane go to the PD, Rex calls Aubrey and invites her to the house.

At Angel Square, Ramais upset to find out that Aubrey knew of Shane and Neela's plan and didn't tell her. She would've stopped Neela. Aubrey responds that Jack deserves to be locked up. Rama replies that Neela understands him and still has feelings for him. Aubrey is excited to see Rex again. She talked with him but he sounded strange. When Rex calls and asks to meet her at the house, Aubrey is elated. Rama sees a distraught Neela, who wails that Jack hates her She tells Rama what happened. "He trusted me and I betrayed him." He could be in jail for the rest of his life and it's her fault. Neela tells Rama that she was afraid Shane would try again to suicide. She admits she shouldn't have gone along with his scheme. Rama assures Neela that it was not her fault. It's karma. Todd and Blair walk by and Todd remarks, "Well, it's the LPD's newest little helper." His son is in jail because of her. He asks if she enjoyed playing spy.

Aubrey enters Rex's empty house. She sees the stockings on the mantle takes down Gigi's, then puts it up again. When Rex enters she explains that she hoped it would comfort him and Shane, not upset them. Rex had something to tell her. When Aubrey sees his face, she, too, looks solemn.
