Convert PowerPoint to Video File

• 1). Click the "Start" icon.
  
  
• 2). Click "PowerPoint" from the pop-up menu.
  
  
• 3). Click "File" from the top bar.
  
  
• 4). Click "Save and Send."
  
  
• 5). Choose "Create a Video."
  
  
• 6). Click the down arrow beside "Computer & HD Displays."
  
  
• 7). Click "Internet & DVD."
  
  
• 8). Click "Don't Use Recorded Timings and Narration."
  
  
• 9). Choose the time to be spent on each slide. The default setting is for five seconds per slide. To alter this setting, click the up or down arrow next to "Seconds to spend on each slide" to increase or decrease the slide time.

  Click "Create Video."

  Enter the name of the file in the text box of the pop-up screen and click "Save."
  
  

Burn to DVD

• 1). Click the "Start" icon.
  
  
• 2). Click on your DVD publishing program.
  
  
• 3). Click "File" on the top bar of the screen.
  
  
• 4). Choose "New Project."
  
  
• 5). Click "File" and choose "Import."
  
  
• 6). Scroll through the files and select your PowerPoint video file.
  
  
• 7). Load a DVD into the DVD chamber and click "Burn to DVD." Cycle through all the prompts and initiate the burn process. When the burn process is complete, the PowerPoint has been transferred to DVD.
