As the nearest railway station to Shirdi is 'Manmad', you could take a Central Railway train of the from Mumbai CST station to reach Manmad station and then take a bus to Shirdi from there. State transport buses are also available from Manmad to Shirdi.

By Flight:

Aurangabad Airport is the nearest airway to Shirdi that is 130 kilometres away from Shridi. The airport is well-connected to major cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. On your arrival to Aurangabad Airport, you can take a taxi or a cab or a bus to reach Shirdi.

You can start early in the day for a smooth drive and if you are going by bus, going early will give you all the time enjoy the bus ride and plan for the day ahead. Avoid going to Shirdi on Thursdays as this day is considered to be sacred for Shri Sai Baba's darshan.
