Some Thoughts About HEPA Vacuum Cleaners EPA

103 11
When the term HEPA comes up, most people think about vacuum cleaners, and rightfully so.
These cleaners are far superior to old fashioned felt by dust bags that were once used for vacuuming.
But, there are not many people who realize that the Environmental Protection Agency actually suggests that HEPA filters be used in lead paint clean up.
With that said, it could be stated that HEPA vacuum cleaners EPA, means they are approved by the EPA.
HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) is a technology that has been around for quite awhile and is not only used in household vacuum cleaners, but is used in industrial environments such as electronics technology.
In this industry even a fraction of a microscopic particle could mean the major malfunction of a space ship, or some medical equipment that is being used to maintain a person's life.
Sounds like HEPA is a reason to keep this type of technology around, because if lives depend on it, then it should be used in filtering out the dust and dirt from our very homes.
Vacuum cleaners suck up all of the particulate matter that we bring into our homes from the great outdoors, and that means anything we happened to step in during the day is now partly in the home.
Thoughts like those could make a person stop reading this for just long enough to go vacuum everything in their home.
Now that you have that thought in mind, you should consider all of the benefits of using HEPA filters.
Pet dander is another factor in homes of people who love animals, and the yard is evidence of their affection.
If you have ever had the misfortune of spilling powdered sugar, or some mixed drink powder like hot chocolate, you know full well that the powder can end up everywhere in the house.
When you use a conventional vacuum to attempt to clean up the mess, it has small leaks which let the dust be blown around in the air.
However, if you have one of the HEPA vacuum cleaners, those tiny little particles will be residing inside the filter, instead.
