Vegan Diet - Candida Levels Go Down and How it is Measured

103 24
The article is based on a problem someone has.
She is having vegan diet and her candida levels go down.
She eats almonds, cashews, pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, linseed, sesame seed, lentil sprouts, mung bean sprouts and all vegetables and fruit.
As long as she doesn't drink and exercise moderately, her candida levels go down.
Here comes the problem: 1.
How is the candida level measured? 2.
Do you eat tofu or other soy products? 3.
Do you eat beans? I am going to answer the issue based on an experience of a friend.
She goes to a live and dried blood spot naturopath.
A slide of your blood is put under a particular type of microscope and you can view the amplified image on a TV screen.
A recognizable shape is related to candida.
She believes this is because if there were heaps of this shape in her blood she would have been drinking lots, and feeling fatigued and other symptoms, whereas if she doesn't drink or eat refined sugar for some months, then these candida "shapes" are greatly reduced and she function well.
She does experimental diets and leave out certain foods for some weeks.
Wheat is out and soy is also out now.
She also does take some supplements and cold-pressed oil, etc.
Blood candida is supposed to occur in only extreme cases.
High levels of this 'shape' is bad.
I know that candida can have serious symptoms, but remember that it is the immune system that fights it, so feed the body correctly nutritionally.
Restricting your diet too much can only harm the immune system.
