It is a well known fact that exercising in a gym leads to good health. Exercising in a gym duplicates hard physical activity that people used to do before machines did all the hard work for them. You can get back to the days before machines, and do hard work around the house to exercise yourself to good health. Before starting any hard physical activity, always seek the guidance of a qualified medical professional or trainer to ensure you will not overdo it. - People used to dig pools and ponds by hand before the use of a backhoe. You will need shovels, pickaxes, and a wheelbarrow. Lay out the pool in your yard, and start digging. You will have to leave a ramp to get the wheelbarrow in and out of the deepening hole. If your friends like to exercise as well, you can start a pool digging club, digging out each others' pools.
