Migraine-Related Health Issues
Who has ever suffered a migraine attack will probably remember it for ever.
Why that? A part from the pain itself, there are so many accompanying unpleasant feelings.
Migraine is often just the expression of a deeper lying feeling of unhappiness, of a sense of unworthiness, of low self-esteem.
A part from these more mental problems, migraine is often related to physical issues.
A well known domain of migraine is that of perfectionists.
They are mostly men.
They pretend to do every thing to a very high standard and if they are not able to reach this (self set) standard, a severe migraine may set in.

in other words it is hormone dependent.
Sometimes the hormones do not play any role.

In other words, they do not accept their body with all of its expressions.
For most women this is not a conscious "knowing" or rejection.
The consequence of it may still be a migraine.
The tensions accumulated in the neck can also create a migraine.
It is therefore important to relax the neck and the shoulders.
Most people are not aware that their tensions attack these areas of their body.
These tensions are the result of too long hours in front of a computer, just to mention one reason.
In order to release stress, you can stretch your body every hour for a few minutes.
Or you may rotate your head first from the left side to the right side and then from the right side to the left side.
Do it slowly.
Both movements are meant to be carried out for six times only.
This is a very good exercise for releasing stress in the area of the neck and the shoulders.
