Teleseminar Tips #16- Teleseminar Promotion Using Craigslist

103 10
Would you like to get free or inexpensive traffic for your teleseminars? Try Craigslist! Craigslist is a popular website that offers everything and anything you can think of.
It is a free way to drive traffic if you know what you are doing.
The following are 3 steps to create a plan of action and execute a marketing campaign: 1.
Sign up for different email accounts - Prior to going to Craigslist, go to gmail or hotmail and get a few different email accounts.
You will not be able to blast the same marketing email to all the different sections of the website.
They are pretty strict about not having people just send the same item over and over again throughout the sites.
Using different emails can alleviate this.
2.
Categories - There are many categories you can use when promoting your teleseminar event.
The best categories for teleseminars may be rants and raves, events, activities, general, classes, discussions and groups.
Make sure you word your titles differently on your posts.
Do not want to look like you are spamming Craigslist.
3.
Geographical Locations - Since your event is done virtually through the teleseminars, place your post in the different geographical locations that are listed.
You can literally have hundreds of posts promoting the teleseminar.
Using this method of promotion is definitely not the easiest job, but it is an extremely quick and cheap method of gaining a bigger turn out to your teleseminar events.
You may want to consider hiring someone from Elance or Craigslist to move your marketing campaign forward.
Your teleseminars will increase in attendance using the above method.
