• 1). Go to Zamzar.com and enter your email address on Zamzar's homepage under the "Email" field.
  
  
• 2). Click "MP3" in the drop-down menu and click on the "Browse" tab.
  
  
• 3). Select your meta file in the "Browse" menu from the folder it is saved in on your computer.
  
  
• 4). Click on the file and click "Open."
  
  
• 5). Click "Convert" on the website homepage, and the converted file will be sent to your email within minutes.
  
  

iTunes

• 1). Open your iTunes program and drag and drop your meta file onto the "Music" page.
  
  
• 2). Click on your file to highlight it and select "Edit," "Preferences," "Import Settings" from the main menu.
  
  
• 3). Select "Import Using: MP3 Encoder" in the "Import Settings" menu and click "OK."
  
  
• 4). Click "Advanced" and "Create MP3 Version" in the main menu and allow a few seconds for your MP3 file to load onto the "Music" page just below your original meta file.
  
  

Media Converter

• 1). Open Mediaconverter.org on your Internet browser and click the "Upload a File" option on the site's homepage.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Browse" tab on the following page and click on your meta file in the "Browse" menu. Click "Open" and select "OK."
  
  
• 3). Click "On to the Next Step" and select "MP3" from the drop-down menu on the next page.
  
  
• 4). Click "Convert," and the file will be loaded on the following page in MP3 format.
