End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Escape" to open the Processes tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Right-click "av.exe," located under the Image Name heading, and select "End Process."
  
  
• 3). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start," type "regedit" into the search field and press "Enter" to open the Registry Editor.
  
  
• 2). Delete the following registry values. To delete a registry value, right-click the value and select "Delete." Be careful to delete only the listed registry values. Deleting the wrong registry value can lead to serious system errors.

• 3). Close the Registry Editor.
  
  

Delete Files

• 1). Click "Start," type "cmd" into the search field and press "Enter" to open the Command Prompt.
  
  
• 2). Type the following commands into the Command Prompt and press "Enter" after each command:
  
  del av.exe
  
  del WRblt8464P
  
  
• 3). Close the Command Prompt and restart your computer.
